A sunny weekend here in Holland... I chose yellow as my main color this time.

A step-by-step for you today!

How to:
1. Apply some gesso randomly onto your cardstock with a creditcard.
2. Spray it with some Color wash, while the gesso is still wet, and spray it with water to make the colors run a bit. It will also get a bit milky because of the gesso being still wet.
3. Leave to dry.
4. Stamp thr flower with versamark, and heat emboss with black embossing powder,
5. Stamp the same image twice in the background with a lighter ink, to give the suggestion there's a whole bunch of flowers in your little card-art-garden.
6. Give the images a hint of color with a watercolor pencil, and accentuate the main flower by adding some white with a Molotov marker.
7. Stamp a script in the backgound, with the lighter ink as mentioned in 5. You could use second-generation stamping here if you still want it a little lighter.
8. Finish the card off as shown.  The butterfly is an image cut from an old diary.

I am entering this in the challenge on
1. Mixed Media monthly challenge - Spray inks and mists
