Pan Pastel time!
stamps are from /stempels zijn van Unity en/and Paper-Artsy.
This is how you can make these two cards:
1. Sponge the background with Bright Yellow Green 680.8 and Turquoise 580.5.
2. Stamp the picture with a solvent black ink.
3. Color it with a small brush. Take up the pigment from the pans with the brush (dry-without water!).
I used the colors Red Iron Oxide 380.5 and Chromium Oxide Green 660.5
4. Fixate.
5. Stamp the script in the background with a lighter black solvent ink.
6. Finish it off like shown.

Lavender...
Just as in my previous post, where I show you my new stamp designs with Magenta, I also only used two stamps on all these creations.
The lavender is my design, the script is a golden oldie.
The previous 4 are ATC's, I will need them on the upcoming show where Magenta will also be, in April, here in Holland. It's called the Art Specially event, the most wonderful stamping show, once a year.
I also made 2 cards with it:

Framed flowers.
I used the 'Te gekke krijtjes" on the embossed frame, with different colors.
It acts as a resist for inks etc.
I sprayed over the frame with some custom made pearl spray in a blue tint.

Silhouettes ...
I chose to use a diecut to make a silhouette of the butterflies and swirls. Sponged over the diecut with distress inks.
I did it twice, it was fun.

Unique colors ...
I used a very unique color, and unique stamps from Katzelkraft.
Unusual color for me, anyway, the milled lavender distress ink.
The background has been made with acrylic paint, added to the background with a scraper. The swirls are white heat embossed.
I made a tag, but then decided to attach it to a card.

Collaged elegance...
Today I chose to use 3 stamps to make a collaged card.
I think I have a new favourite Katzelkraft stamp: the stamp in the background.
I started off with a background coloured with Color Wash. For me that is always a good start- you don't have to think about the colors you want to use... just pick a background that suits the stamps, and voila.
I am entering this in the challenge on
Simon Says Stamp - Tick tock - the clock is in the background of the main stamped image.
