My Creative Monday for Magenta

I sometimes like to make CAS cards;
just a tiny bit of color on the diecut.

Thema : wit/paars en 1 kleur naar keuze

Niet zo moeilijk.. ik vindt groen altijd mooi bij paars,; wist ook dat ik deze stempelset wilde gebruiken van Paper Artsy.. 

Ik wil graag meedoen met de challenge van Hobbycompleet De Duif

I am entering this in the challenge of

Een gepersonaliseerde stempel laten maken ...

... is ook weleens leuk, en ik heb gekozen voor een stempel dat ik steeds weer 

kan gebruiken! 

De achtergrond heb ik gemaakt door een blad te beïnkten met pigmentinkt. 

Ik vind de zachte kleuren wel mooi! 

Foliage tags everywhere..

LOVE this stamp for its simplicity, so I have a CAS card for you today!

I created the background with structure paste over a stencil and stamped a script, to just break the white background. No color, as I wanted the tags to pop.

Here you can see how I created the tags:
I stamped the tags on a leftover piece of background with a light grey ink. I colored the flowers with a white acrylic marker to make them pop.  


When dry, I overstamped it with a darker ink.
Of course I had to do the stamping with a (custom made) MISTI, as I had to stamp it multiple times.
I've cut them out and added scrappers' floss to each tag.

Less Is More

 That is so difficult for me- CAS! 

I like to add layers of color etc, and backgrounds must be my favorite, as I use that a lot. 

But sometimes I like to go back to basics, and create with a little of color and more 'plain'. 

The script is from Magenta.

A thistle again...

I used the leftover ink on the stencil from this post, to create this background.

PS - Don't know what happened to the colors when photographing, 

the orange should be more a honey color, and the green more green; 

more contrast to it.

Vandaag voor mij een ongebruikelijke kaart, een beetje CAS, maar wel helemaal af .. 

Flowers for you...

... on vellum. 

It's great to color vellum on the back. I heat embossed the flowers with white embossing powder. 

I used the following PanPastel colors:

Panpastel Yellow Ochre 270.5 and

Panpastel Phthalo Green 620.5
