My Creative Monday for Magenta - Postcard version 2

As promised a few weeks ago: a lighter version with the same stamps! 

I did not clean the stamp after the card from the mentioned blogpost a few weeks ago .. there was some Versafine Onyx black on the stamp still.
Adding Distress Ink Festive Berries over top makes the stamped image a bit darker. 

I used watercolor techniques and  distress ink in the same color;  watered down to match the stamped image of the HEART shaped flowers.

Tutorial voor het aquarelleren met ecoline

Dit keer wil ik jullie een eenvoudige manier laten zien voor het inkleuren van een afbeelding van lijntjes, en wel met Ecoline waterverf.

Begin door de bloem van Impression Obsession ‘Wild Sweetheart Rose‘ te stempelen met een passende kleur distress inkt en dat in clear te heat embossen op canvas papier; het papier geeft het werk een geheel eigen sructuur.

Maak nu een voor een de bloemblaadjes nat met een penseel, en druppel daar ecoline kleur in met een penseeltje.
Laat het water het werk doen voor wat betreft het verspreiden van kleur.

Het groen doe je op dezelfde manier.

Gebruik verschillende tinten groene Ecoline om diepte te krijgen.



Om het rood meer diepte te geven heb ik met een gele kleurpotlood het rood een meer oranje tint gegeven.

Maskeer de afbeelding en stempel met een zwarte watervaste stempelinkt een script in de achtergrond.

Ik gebruikte Archival Jet Black; mijn favoriet onder de stempelinkten.

De gebruikte stempel is de Cover-a-Card Script van Impression Obsession, maar niet voorradig in de winkel.. wel te bestellen door Hobbycompleet De Duif.

Zo ziet het er nu uit.

Maak het papier nat met een penseel rond de afbeelding, en druppel er pastelblauwe ecoline in.. laat ook hier het water het werk doen. Spletter ook nog met dezelfde blauwe ecoline inkt in het achtergrondje.

EN. dit is het geworden..

Playing with Minx shimmering inks – no 5

I decided to make backgrounds with Minx Shimmering Inks, on all types of paper.

It is really easy, and relaxing to do while enjoying the sun...

Ik had nog een restje achtergrond van de vorige post: voila. Een ATC is dan zo gemaakt!

Lavendel paars / Lavender purple

Mijn favoriete kleur is lavendelblauw! Achtergrond is gemaakt op papiercanvas met acrylverf en verdunde ecoline met een vleugje goud!

My favorite color is lavenderblue. The background is done with acrylic paint and ecoline.
