Today another page in my gelliprinted-pages-journal. 

The HOW-to:
- Gather fussycut images to fit the background: 

- Decide on the composition, just roughly. I changed it a little in the end: 

- Stamp in the background with a coordinating color; I chose red: 

 - Stamp in the background with the same ink the fussycut images are stamped with; in my case Archival Ink Plum: 

- Add white doodling and edges with a white acrylic marker. I used a Posca.    
- Adhere the focal images and sentiment to the page:

My Creative Monday for Magenta - Happy Tree

There is quite a lot of shimmer going on on the card, it's almost as if the sun is just behind the tree. 

I added glitter to the diecut word, and in the background as little dots. 

I stamped the tree with various stamping inks in browns and greens; in a stamping platform of course, to be able to layer the stamped colors. 

I fussycut the main part and the word from the same background paper, so they match.

An easy card from me today. 
I stamped the hearts on a colorful Nuance background. 
Tearing other backgrounds to finish the collage makes for a frame around it.

Wild Flowers Postcard

Color is everywhere out in nature; a lot of rain turned it to a full spring of growth and color. 

Collaging elements is a technique I love, and it never bores. 

Creating the background first and then add the fussycut element, the flower. 
I've colored the flower a while ago when cleaning my watercolor pallette. Nothing goes to waste this way.
