Making some more fabric paper! YES really!

I've created another BIG background using this fabulous tutorial from Liesbeth Fidder for Paper Artsy.
Only thing I changed was I added some watered down gesso to mute the colors a bit, before adding the acrylics, and it's not autumnal themed.

I captured some parts of it:

I've made 7 cards of 10 x 10 pieces, and will use the other parts later on.

Now I will need to experiment with the tutorial from Anneke as well... making fabric paper from tissue and delicate papers ... !! I think I need to use my new paints from Art Anthology for this as well, most of them have a beautiful shimmer,

About the products I've used:
Stencils from Art Anthology and Magenta,
script stamp from Hero Arts,
diecuts from Simon Says Stamp, Stampers Anonymus and Memory Box,
acrylic paints from Paper Artsy and Golden.

Autumn leaves II

I've made 6 cards and a few inchies and 3 ATC's from a background I created using this fabulous tutorial from Liesbeth Fidder for Paper Artsy.

I am entering this in the challenge on
1. Paper Artsy  - autumn leaves.
2. Stamps and Stencils - Colours of autumn

I changed the recipe a little. I added some watered down gesso to mute the colors a bit, before adding the acrylics.

I captured some parts of it:

.... before and after adding white highlights.

Foliage tags everywhere..

LOVE this stamp for its simplicity, so I have a CAS card for you today!
I created the background with structure paste over a stencil and stamped a script, to just break the white background. No color, as I wanted the tags to pop.

****

Here you can see how I created the tags:
I stamped the tags on a leftover piece of background with a light grey ink. I colored the flowers with a white acrylic marker to make them pop.

When dry, I overstamped it with a darker ink.
Of course I had to do the stamping with a (custom made) MISTI, as I had to stamp it multiple times.
I've cut them out and added scrappers' floss to each tag.

Infusions op monoprint.

Bloemen horen toch echt bij de zomer.

De infusions kleurde het acrylverf op deze monoprint.

Stempels zijn van Inkerbell Stamps.

Flower corner ...

Put your cardstock into a Misti, to be able to stamp multiple times.
Ink up the flowers with fired brick distress ink and stamp, ink upi the leaves with 2 green distress inks and stamp.
Don't take the stamp nor the card out of the Misti: clean up the stamp, and ink it up with Versamark and stamp it again. Heat emboss with clear.
Color the flowers with distress inks.
To give more depth add some dark and white accents with a marker.
Heat emboss the sentiment with a red embossing powder.
Sponge around the edges and assemble to the card.
