My Creative Monday for Magenta - Playful cards

Cards recycled from my art journal that fell apart.. a spread makes for 2 very playful cards. The base of the background was a cleanup page from gelli printing.

I did some transfers with packing tape from a local grocerie shop.. being the pear and orange in the collage.

Can you tell I really like the leaf stamps in this range?
Happy stamping!

My Creative Monday for Magenta - recycling

I had some leftover cardstock  (from punched out inchies) in my stash that I saved for a reason..

They make for a beautiful 'frame' for small pieces of stamped art.

I like how the punched squares are not lined up, even the edges are not straight.

I also played with some tiny stamps on an ATC, being my technique number 416.

My Creative Monday for Magenta - foliage in white

Remember the distress cards from last week Monday? I used the leftover ink to make this  background. I smooshed the cardstock through the ink on my craftsheet.
I heat embossed the Delicate Leaves stamp with white. Before heat embossing the powder, I brushed off part of the powder from the outside lines in the background, just so the stamping wasn't too square.

To finish it off I used some postage stamps.

Leftover piece of background - just the size to create an ATC.
