Lifetime memories...

It's beautiful weather here in the Netherlands; it inspired me to use some sunny summer colors on this art journal page. Look how beautuful it is to use Pan Pastel on bigger areas (flowers) and  I also LOVE the effect of Pan Pastel on structure paste.

Here you can see the effect of using Pan Pastel on structure paste, a very intense color.
Hier kun je zien hoe mooi Pan Pastel hecht op stuctuurpasta, meer als op omliggende vlak.

Used Pan Pastel Colors / Pan pastel kleuren gebruikt:
Panpastel Hansa Yellow 220.5 ,
Panpastel Permanent Red Shade 340.3,
Panpastel Bright Yellow Green 680.5,
Panpastel Yellow Ochre 270.5,
Panpastel Phthalo Green 620.5

Two stamps, 5 techniques

YES, I have 3 new stamp designs in the new realease at Magenta. First in row I showcase this Clover Silhouette!
Hope you like the stamp as much as I do!
It's so versatile, you could even use it for condoleance cards.

White embossing on a darker background, it makes it pop.
The background has been made with Color wash.

Dark stamping on a lighter background. The background has been made with Colorwash, too.

Dark stamping on a piece of scrapbookpaper.
White heat embossing in the background, edges highlighted with a white gel pen.
How easy to create!
****

Stamping with different distress colors from your craftsheet, misted with water before stamping.
Background stamping has been done with second (and third) generation stamping, to get it more subtile, to fit the main stamped image.

Stamping with different distress colors from your craftsheet, misted with water before stamping.
The script in the background has been heat embossed with clear embossing powder, so it only pops up where I sponged it...

I am entering this in the challenge on
1. Virginias view - watercolor (distress inks are waterbased inks).

 covered it with gesso,
overwrote the wanted parts with a PITT artist pen.
