My first real try coloring with ...

... pearlized watercolor paints. I must say that I'll have to practice/play

with it to make the most of it, as it is not as transparent as

watercolor paints!

I did a swap..

.. with die amelie from Von Pappe II in Austria! Look what I swapped with her! I was in LOVE with those autumn ATC's as soon as I saw them on her blog. She's glad, I am glad! We also swapped some papers, I sent her some dutch bookpages, I got some beautiful pages from her, is it German?, think so!

 I bought some nice maskingtape on an event last week, it's from Kadocato... a new shop from a stamping friend, Patricia!  It's transparent, and so useful in collages as well!

Vorige week op een beurs in Hardenberg stond ik onverwacht voor de stand van een stempelvriendin, Patricia van Kadocato, ze heeft een winkeltje met masking en andere tape. Ga maar gauw een kijkje nemen... Het is transparant, dus ook leuk te gebruiken in collages.

Vintage Christmas Card / Carte de Noël à saveur vintage

My first post for Magenta is on the Magenta blog!
Even my french improved in a few days... LOL

When I first saw this beautiful stamp of the girl at the piano, I didn't know it was a Magenta stamp!! Yes, I bought it second-hand! 

I (still) LOVE it!

 I had the urge to stamp it with Distress Ink #wallnut stain, and then blend the lighter parts with a waterpen from the stamped image itself.
It turned out as I hoped it would! I added a little blue with a watercolorpencil, to add some interest. 

I stamped the stars and scribbled frame with the same distress ink! 

This might be my first christmas card for 2012! hehe

I ripped an old clock to get hold of those wheels! So now I've got a lot of wheels, smaller ones and BIG ones...
To get them white I heat embossed them with white embossing powder.
