I made three candles - to brighten the darker days of December !
I have always wanted to give this a try, so now was the time... One thing less on my TO DO list.. LOL
I used blotting-paper to stamp the images from the Fleurs stamp set
on, with a darkbrown solvent ink. I coloured them with watercolor
pencils, and distressed the bottom line with green and brown. Tear
the top line off the blotting paper.

Glue the blotting paper onto the candle with a glue stick, just to get it to stay in place.
Heat it with a heattool to melt the outer part of the candle (just a little bit!), and smooth out the blotting paper onto the candle.

I think I am going to make lots more to give away as a gift!
Enjoy STAMPING!

Fantastic idea to lighten the forthcoming dark december days. A wonderful creation.
ReplyDeleteHave you some thing else for the old peoples???????
