Challenge on Studio L3 - Your Favorite New Technique from 12 Tags 2011

  I am entering this in the challenge on Studio L3

 


I used a technique Tim used on the tag on day 4. 
His step 39 :  fill in the cut out with a generous amount of glossy accents basically filling the space like resin.

    this is such a lovely feminine card,it looks a simple design but beautifully done.... i have only done tag 1 .... 11 more to go over the next few weks
