This stamp just does it!
The background is from my stash, created with some leftover inks on my craft sheet. 

I am entering this in the challenge on Let's ink it up #19, which is anything goes!
 And this is also for the new challenge on The Fashionable Stamping Challenges - which will be posted tomorrow
