I began this (art journal page of 18x25 centimeters) with a gelli print as a base, made with the webbing stencil using green and red acrylic paints.
Then I heat embossed two flowers from the Daily buzz stencil with white embossing powder.
To make them stand out more- contrast- I also sponged some of the flowers in red distress ink.
To make these pop, I added some white heat embossing with the Believe script stencil.
With the same stencil I added sponged script in the background with green and red distress inks.
The word 'imagine' from the Word Association stencil has been sponged with a green distress ink, and heat embossed with clear. .
To make the red flowers even pop more, I accentuated them with a white acrylic marker...
Imagine having no stamps, just stencils?
No worries, still a lot of fun...
messy fun!
