TWTT - Monoprinting / Gelli printing

What is TWTT?  On one Tuesday each month, we feature DT member's tips and/or tricks in regards to a crafty topic. This month, the team is sharing different tips and ideas on ways to mono print or Gelli print.

If you'd like to make playful and unpredictable backgrounds, you'll have to discover and explore monoprinting on a Gelliplate. 



As you can see here, I've used a very little paint to achieve this, and the mask created beautiful accents around it in white...


Add some extra color with a watercolor pencil, some sponging on the edges (green) with distress inks, and you have a one-of-kind creation!
