ATC's can hold a lot of techniques - 7

For some basics on using stencils, I tried all sorts of techniques on ATC's.
Number 7 for you today!

Here is how you make this background:
Color the background with some lighter colors of distress ink.
Sponge different colors of distress inks over the stencil.
Remove stencil, and apply glossy accents to the centres of the flowers to make it pop.
