ATC's can hold a lot of techniques - 10

For some basics on using stencils, I tried all sorts of techniques on ATC's.

Today number 10, the last one for now.

Here is how you make this background:

Position your stencil onto the cardstock.

Dab some gel medium over it. Leave to dry. 

Sponge with various colors of distress inks. 

Splatter over it with some water droplets.
